As a Founder, Sales Manager, Business Innovator and thriving entrepreneur, Kelly has certainly proven herself as an accomplished professional and expert in many fields. Having over 2 decades of professional experience, Kelly has demonstrated success not only as Founder of JAG Products Inc., but in every position she has ever held.  Kelly’s impressive repertoire of present and prior corporate roles contributed to her own successful business-owner path where she is often asked to share her experiences with speaking engagements or providing mentor-ship to other entrepreneurs.

JAG Products, Inc. has been recognized for the premium quality and unique innovation with their US manufactured insulators for electric fencing specialized for the agricultural markets. Kelly is the holder of the US Patent for the INVERSE(tm) Insulator, which is their original electric fence insulator to mount to the front or back of a T-post. JAG Products is dedicated to innovation and technology.  They are the first to develop unique products such as the GLOW Insulators that absorbs light and glows in the dark to help improve visibility of the fence lines. 

JAG Products, Inc, also just launched JAG Organic Supply, LLC.  For the past 14 months, she has been working with private family owned farms in West Africa producing Shea Butter.  While also helping to build awareness around the importance of supporting women who rely on agricultural jobs to earn a fair and living wage. 

What Kelly is excited about with this new venture is the opportunity to explore different aspects of sustainable and regenerative farming practices.  Such as her recent working relationship established with a veteran owned seed to bottle organic hemp farm.  The brand Rack Ops has been recognized worldwide for the care and quality they put into their product that also gives back to the veteran community. 

Kelly earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the College of St. Catherine. 

Her corporate career highlights have included:  

Area Sales Manager for the Robert Bosch Tool Corporation.
Industrial Solutions and Tapes Specialist, and Senior WEB Processing Sales Specialist for the 3M Company.
Kelly is a member of the International Association of Women where she has the role of VP for the local chapter in Minneapolis.
And supports US Veteran businesses and non-profit initiatives that helps transitioning veterans. 

Throughout her illustrious career Kelly has received awards, accolades and has been recognized worldwide for her outstanding leadership and commitment to the profession. This year she will be considered for an exclusive interview on TIP Radio. Kelly will be honored at IAOTP’s 2020 Annual Awards Gala in New York City at the Plaza Hotel as an Empowered Woman. In 2019, she was featured on the famous Reuter’s Building in Times Square and was selected as Top Business Professional and Entrepreneur of the Year by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP).  

Looking back, Kelly attributes her success to her perseverance, mentors she has had along the way, and staying passionate in all her business endeavors.  When not working, she enjoys traveling, and spending time with her family.
