New Book Released on Amazon.com A Master Builder's Guide For President Trump This book was placed in the hands of President Trump Wilmington N.C. October 20, 2017 As Frederick Douglas, a Black Republican met with President Abraham Lincoln and helped him to resolve many difficult societal issues during that period of America's history which included, the freedom of many 1st Tier workers who were slaves;  labor force for America's infrastructure development; great military reinforcements, and the creation of many Job Creators who became millionaires from all races,- today, James T. Webb, a Black Republican Master Builder has written a "Guide for President Trump on Rebuilding America's poor communities and preserving Economic Liberty for all Americans", which will help President Trump MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN. Webb says that Economic Liberty for America's poor is tied to the success of the new GOP Tax Plan, with a 20% corporate tax rate and hopefully a personal tax rate of 15%.  Webb contends that the passage of the GOP tax plan will help the poor across America to finally "Trickle Up" and solve many of their own problems. The new tax plan according to Webb, align with what many of his construction journeyman and students have labeled "Webbonomics",- a philosophy of self help used by Webb as a builder and redeveloper for over 27 years as he created over 10,000 (ten thousand) construction contract jobs for 1st Tier construction workers while rebuilding close to 1000 (one thousand) previously vacant and condemned single family homes which became newly rebuilt affordable $65,000 (sixty five thousand dollar) homes with new electrical, new plumbing and new hvac systems; new kitchens, new baths and upgrades,- rebuilt by the 1st Tier residents of the same poor communities where the homes are located.  (That's one example Webb says of the "Trickle Up.")  Webb's 1st Tier construction labor force also built some of the most pulchritudinous churches and estate homes after being mobilized, trained and employed by Webb and 100's of his other seasoned master craftsman. During his peak building & construction period from 2002-2007 the government stated that Webb did over 100 million dollars in volume. If the new tax plan had been passed during his construction peak, Webb says he could have created over 100,000 jobs and rebuilt 10's of thousand homes.  And instead of making 100 million Webb says he would have earned over 1 billion,- thus creating tons of jobs and job creators, -plus millionaires from the 1st Tier across America. (That too is an example Webb says of the "Trickle Up".)  Webb continues, "the solution to violence and poverty across all races is JOBS and Economic Liberty, and with the passage of the new tax plan millions of new jobs will be created by small subcontractors in the construction industry and it's ancillary businesses alone."  Webb says construction workers will then be able to grow small businesses as they help rebuild America's infrastructure.  Webb also details in his next book ("Webbonomics",-coming soon) how, as America's poor are able to "Trickle Up" as a result of such a tax plan, they will also be able to help retire America's National debt.  Webb warns that the new tax plan alone, however won't do it;  that America must protect growing small businesses from political and economic "illegal combinations." Because of his work rebuilding poor communities, in 1990 Webb received the unanimous nomination of the Wilmington N.C. (New Hanover County) Executive Committee of The Republican Party to serve as their nominee for the North Carolina State House.  However, Webb was unconstitutionally pulled from the ballot by a Judge who was pulled from retirement.  Soon afterwards Webb's business was destroyed, forcing him into bankruptcy. After spending decades rebuilding his construction business, Webb again rebuilt poor communities, and this time he reinvested over 100 million dollars of value, from his earnings,- back into his construction business and even paid some disloyal investors over 50% cash on cash annualized returns from the sales of his rebuilt $65,000 affordable homes.  Despite Webb's good works, in 2012 Webb was criminally indicted from a 2009 CLOSED Securities and Exchange case, based on the same common nucleus of operative facts, the same 2002-2007 timeframe, the same allegations and same parties and privies, -some of whom sponsored the 1990 activities which caused Webb's removal from the ballot.  As they returned in 2003 to make good on their promises against Webb and against his business, Chief Washington D.C. S.E.C.  Enforcement Agent A. David Williams determined in 2009 that the "illegal combinations' " allegations against Webb were "plain lies", before the U.S. S.E.C. signed a settlement agreement allowing Webb to continue rebuilding America's poor communities in 2009.  However the "illegal combination" in 2012 was able to convince the Chief U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of N.C. to indict Webb. But, since July 21, 2016 the "illegal combination" has been under investigation by the United States Department of Justice Civil Rights Unit Criminal Investigative Division of the [F.B.I.] according to John E. Shimp Washington D.C. Chief of that unit, -"on Webb's behalf." (Letter to Webb from Mr. Shimp is in the book) Webb says, that "for the GOP tax plan to work and bring the economic liberty promised to all American Citizens, all Americans must support President Trump as he tries to rebuild America from the bottom up,- Americans must support Presidential and Congressional actions designed to stop the multigenerational patterns and practices used to prohibit the arbitrary abuses of federal, statutes and rules, against American citizens who 'sometimes' end up getting grabbed without legal cause and then prosecuted as the lowest hanging fruit from the poisonous trees planted on constitutionally impermissible farms of positivist jurisprudence, -fortia, causing massive blight, pandemic drug addiction, homelessness, waves of crime, violence and joblessness [against] the very same Americans we think we are protecting."  Webb has also submitted to Congress [The Webb Economic Liberty Act] he says, "to protect All Americans, regardless of their race or political party, who Stand Up in their pledge of Allegiance to the flag of the  United States of America for the preservation of America's promised  Economic Liberty for all Americans. Due to the injustice against Webb and his business, and given the national shortage of 1st Tier construction workers like the ones Webb has mobilized, trained and hired for decades (see Greensboro News and Record 9/4/2017 cover story about survey of 1608 members of The Associated General Contractors of America by journalist, declaring a national shortage); Webb now ask that All Americans stand together; that you read his Presidential Guide; that you support the new GOP Tax Plan; that you support Presidential and Congressional actions to Rebuild America from  the bottom up; and that All Americans ask President Trump for Webb's Pardon and immediate release from prison, so that he can help President Trump to "MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN".
