The DREEAM Buttock Lift (DBL) is a variation of the Brazilian butt lift (BBL). This new plastic surgery procedure is for select individuals who either have adequate buttock volume or who want a small increase in size.

DREEAMä stands for Directly Redistribute, Equalize, or Enhance Adipose Mounds.
