Proctor & Associates Acquires Business, Expands Services and Portfolio

CHARLOTTE, NC - 3/16/2016 (PRESS RELEASE JET) -- Tony Proctor, owner of Proctor & Assocs. Tax and Bookkeeping Service, recently announced the acquisition of Ann Hartline CPA and Express Payroll Services, a strategic move that expands the company’s ability to provide tax, accounting and payroll services to individuals and businesses in the Greater Charlotte area.  

The companies will now operate as Proctor & Assoc. from two locations – 1914 JN Pease Place, Ste. 139, Charlotte, N.C. 28262 and the former office of Ann Hartline at 125 E Plaza Drive, Ste. 116 Mooresville, N.C. 28115. The joining of Hartline CPA and Express Payroll Services and Proctor & Assocs. represents the culmination of more than 50 years’ experience, and marks Ann Hartline’s retirement after a long, successful career in Mooresville, N.C.
