With over 17 years of professional experience, Rocco has certainly proven himself as a results-driven leader and expert in law. He has demonstrated success not only as a lawyer but as an investor, entrepreneur, speaker, consultant and coach. He also wears the hat of Husband and Father with immense pride. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Washington & Jefferson College, then went on to earn his Juris Doctorate in Law from Duquesne University School of Law  and later his MBA in Applied Business from Waynesburg University. 

Having a distinguished law practice, Mr. Cozza offers his guidance in the following areas: Business Law, Start-up and restructuring, Intellectual property, Employment Law, Cannabis law, Real Estate, Asset Protection, Crisis Management and Entertainment Law. He has also been recognized by Super Lawyers, Lawyers of Distinction for 2019 and named the winner of the 2019 Pittsburgh Business Choice Awards. 

Aside from his successful career, Mr. Cozza is also a licensed PA Title Agent and co-founder of 24-7 Settlement Services, LLC. He has two published literary works both available on Amazon. Rocco runs a Talent and Business Management Company, “The Cozza Company”, and has investments in numerous other enterprises. He sits on a number of non-profit boards and is currently the President of the Board of Directors of Alpha House, INC., a behavioral rehabilitation center located in Pittsburgh, PA. He frequently speaks at conferences about the art of kindness, motivation and leadership. In January of 2019, he had the honor of sharing his talk called “Radical Kindness: Why the Unbillable Hour Matters Most in Business” on stage at TEDx.
