TMC WORKFORCE SOLUTIONS ANNOUNCES ACQUISITION OF SUMMITLINE INDUSTRIES

TMC Workforce Solutions, headquartered in Houston Texas, announced the acquisition of Summitline Industries located in Fort Wayne Indiana. This transaction represents a unique and significant opportunity to enhance the growth of the TMC Solutions Brand and advance the company’s strategic focus on growing its Supply Chain Solutions “support” business. In particular, Summitline Industries brings complementary services of MBE Procurement Services, Storage, Distribution and Fulfillment. The “Summitline Industries” name will change to “TMC Supply Chain Solutions” although key members of the existing management team have agreed to continue working in the business.
