Jeannine Principe-Puleo Selected as Top Realtor of the Year for 2018 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP).

Jeannine Principe-Puleo Founder of Jeannine Principe Puleo Real Estate was selected as Top Realtor of the Year for 2018 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP), for her outstanding leadership and commitment to the industry. 

While inclusion with the International Association of Top Professionals is an honor in itself, only a few members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, longevity in the field, other affiliations and contributions to their communities.  All honorees are invited to attend the IAOTP’s annual award gala at the end of this year for a night to honor their achievements.

With over two decades of professional experience in real estate, Jeannine has certainly proven herself as an accomplished professional and expert in the field. As a dynamic, results-driven leader, she has demonstrated success not only as a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker but as a leader in her community.  As a Long Island Native that has resided on Long Island for the past 36 years Jeannine knows the area very well.  The President of IAOTP, Stephanie Cirami, stated “Choosing Jeannine for this award was an easy decision for our panel to make.  She is talented, bright, and has been a leader in the very competitive real estate industry.  We felt she would make an amazing asset to our organization.  We are looking forward to meeting her at the gala and know we will be seeing more amazing things from this woman.”

Throughout her illustrious career, Jeannine remains active in her community and has been recognized worldwide for her outstanding leadership and commitment to the profession. She has received many awards, accolades and has been featured in publications, and in the media.  For 2018 aside from her selection as Top Realtor of the Year, she is being considered for a feature in TIP (Top Industry Professional) Magazine and for the International Association of Top Professionals “Top Female Executive” Award.  For 2017 she was the recipient of the Chairman's Circle Gold Award and was a two time recipient for the President’s Circle in 2015 and again in 2016.  She was an award winner of the Young Professionals Network for LIBOR in 2016 and recipient of the Leading Edge Award for 2009, 2010, 2013 & 2014.  Jeannine is an active member of NYSAR, MLSLI Realtor and is the director of the Valley Stream Central High School Alumni Association.  She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Management from Hofstra University.

Looking back, Jeannine attributes her success to her training, her perseverance, mentors she has had along the way, and passion for what she does. For the future, she will continue to grow as a professional and continue to make her clients’ dreams come true.  Jeannine says she has been blessed, she loves doing what she is doing, and feels that she has never worked a day in her life because she loves what she does and doesn’t feel like its work when you enjoy what you are doing.  When not working she is a proud mom of two beautiful little girls, and enjoys spending time with her family and travelling.
