Lysander Incorporated Acquires M&E Products, Inc.

Greenville, SC- Lysander Incorporated recently completed the acquisition of M&E Products, Inc. M&E manufactures precision CNC machined components for global manufacturers of products for the Agriculture, Oil and Gas, Mining and Mass Transit Industries.

Lysander’s ownership group includes Simon Ormerod, whose most recent manufacturing experience includes over 12 years as CEO of a private equity owned manufacturer of forged and machined steel components, and Steve Irwin who previously served for 11 years as the CFO of an South Carolina company that designs and manufacturers plant automation equipment for the food and pharmaceutical Industries.

Simon Ormerod, who will serve as the CEO of M&E stated “We are extremely pleased to acquire this fine company.
