Pop Realty Duo Earns 8 Top Producer Awards for 2016 from Winhill Advisors – Kirby; 80 Transactions Closed in 2016 for Real Estate Valued at Almost $20 million

The Pop Realty Team of Cathryn Cotrone and Kayla Elston earned 8 Top Producer Awards for real estate transactions in 2016 during a presentation by Charlie Kriegel, Winhill Advisors – Kirby real estate broker. He recognized the Pop Realty team with 8 of the 15 Top Producer Awards presented for Winhill Advisors-Kirby for 2016.

Last year, the Pop Realty duo worked together to successfully close 80 real estate transactions valued at almost $20 million. Longtime Houstonian Elston and Houston native Cotrone have been close friends for many years. “We have developed a seamless process to work with a diverse array of clients,” Elston said. In February 2017, the two listed a $525,000 Heights townhome and brought in a buyer, resulting in listing and selling the property in only 7 days. They could do this, Cotrone said, “because people ready to buy in the Houston area are calling us daily. This means we have a list of potential buyers right now and need more homes listed to sell.”
