The Company Confirms That Despite Previous Reports It Filed Suit for Judicial Relief Against CNH Industrial (NYSE: CNHI) in Oklahoma District Court   

CNHI New Holland Brand dealer Wootton New Holland, LLC today confirmed that despite previous reports, the Company filed suit for Judicial Relief on against CNH Industrial and its wholly owned subsidiary CNH Capital.  Case Number CJ-2016-00251 was filed on November 7, 2016 in the District Court of Oklahoma.
